The Mehal Method
The Mehal Method
A Five-Phase Transformation
Discover a transformative approach to building confidence and overcoming self-doubt—a method grounded in science, enriched by personal experience, and supported by proven coaching techniques. Iram's book, The Mehal Method, and its companion workbook combine insights from her personal journey with her expertise as a certified Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavioral Therapy (REBT) life coach.
Designed to inspire and empower, these resources offer practical exercises, real-world applications, and actionable steps to help you break free from limiting beliefs and take control of your life. Through The Mehal Method, you’ll not only gain knowledge but also acquire the tools to implement real, lasting change.
When I wrote The Mehal Method: A Five-Phase Transformation, my goal was to provide a practical, actionable guide for personal growth—one that goes beyond theory and truly empowers readers to take charge of their lives. This book and its companion workbook are tools, and like any tool, their impact depends on how you use them.
Rather than simply reading through the content, I encourage you to engage deeply with the exercises and reflect on how each phase—Mindset Mastery, Emotional Elevation, Harness Belief, Action Architecture, and Legacy Leadership—applies to your life. These phases aren’t just concepts; they’re steps designed to help you create meaningful, lasting change.
Take your time. Transformation is a journey, not a race. Focus on one phase at a time, integrating the strategies into your daily life. Trust the process, and know that each small step will move you closer to the confident, empowered version of yourself that you’re striving to become.
I’ve seen firsthand how the principles of The Mehal Method have helped others transform their lives, and I’m confident they can do the same for you. I’d love to hear about your progress and insights as you embark on this journey—your stories inspire me, too.
Here’s to your transformation!

The Inspiration and Foundations of The Mehal Method
As I reflect on what shaped The Mehal Method, I recognize that it wasn’t just research or certifications—it was also life itself. My own journey, combined with the tools I gained from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) certifications, provided the foundation for this book. This process taught me that personal growth is a mix of science, practice, and experience.
Transparency is at the heart of my mission. My goal has always been to empower women, and to do that, I believe in sharing every tool and resource I’ve encountered along the way. Whether it’s a groundbreaking book, an enlightening study, or lessons learned from my own challenges, I’ve woven these insights into each phase of The Mehal Method.
Listed here, you’ll find the resources that informed the method. Some are scientific studies, others are books or articles that helped solidify my understanding of resilience, leadership, and personal growth. By sharing this, I hope to inspire you to continue your own exploration.
